Once you have received your
E2/E7 Visa confirmation number by email, you must have get the visa stamped
in your passport. You should already have researched the nearest Korean
consulate. If there is no consulate
near enough to visit, then you will have to mail your documents. Please follow
the directions below.

Documents to prepare
1. Your passport - must have at least 6 months of
validity remaining
2. An
E2/E7 visa application form - Complete the form (included in
this file)
3. The E2/E7 Visa confirmation number - write this
at the top of the application
4. Application fee - The fee for issuance of a
single entry visa is currently C$65 or
US$45; however, call the closest Korean consulate to confirm as
charges can change.
They will not accept personal checks. |

By mail
1. Mail the documents above to the closest Korean
consulate
2. Include a self-addressed envelope for the
documents to be returned to you.
The process can take up to a week, so consider where you will be
at that time andaddress the envelope appropriately.
3. As timing is usually crucial at this point due
to your flight departure date, please use express mail for both
envelopes.
4. Be sure to get the tracking number and receipt
for your document. Forward the tracking number to POLY so that we
can keep an eye on the package's progress.
5. While checking the current cost of a visa, you
may also want to check how long it will take them to process
your document and send it back.
6. Once you receive your passport back, the
process is complete.
You can depart any time.

Walk-in
1. Prior to heading to the Korean consulate, be
sure and check whether or not they can take care of your
visa in one day or not. At some locations, you will be required to
leave your passport overnight.
2. Give your completed application form with the
confirmation number written at the top along with your
passport and registration fee to the Korean consulate
official.
3. Once you receive your stamp, you are ready to
leave for Korea.
