   If you are interested in POLY and want to apply or need more information, you should follow these steps:
  Submitting the Initial Documents/Interviewing
1. Review the information at our website: http://hr.koreapolyschool.com
2. Click the Apply tab and fill-out an online application
3. Be sure to include as many of the requested documents as possible
   (a resume is required in all cases; writing samples are required for R&D applicants)
4. You will be contacted by a POLY Human Resources Contact to arrange a phone conversation/interview or    in-house interview if possible

Accepting a Position
1. You will be notified within two weeks if you are going to be offered a position
2. Locations will be allocated based on the needs of campuses and an applicant's particular    qualifications/characteristics
3. You will most likely be contacted by email to be notified of the offer
4. The email will include two documents: 1) Contract and 2) Benefit Agreement
5. The Contract explains the basic expectations and compensation for the particular position
6. The Benefit Agreement explains the expectations and compensation for specific duties such as teaching    Kindergarten and Preschool or being an Academic Coordinator
7. Your monthly salary is a combination of the amounts listed on the two documents
8. If you have any questions about the documents, you should email your POLY Human Resources Contact

Beginning the Paperwork
No matter what position you are applying for, it is necessary for you to submit certain documents to finalize the position and acquire the correct visa.

1. After you have reviewed and signed the Contract and Benefit Agreement, send two copies of it along with   the following documents:
 a. Resume (You can email this)
 b. Sealed official transcripts - no photocopies accepted*
 c. Passport copy or scan (You can email this, too)
 d. Original diploma - original diploma or copy notarized by the Korean consulate ONLY
 e. 2 color passport-pictures (though you'll need more once you arrive in Korea)
   It is best to prepare 2 sealed/official transcripts as many consulates require you to bring in a copy when     you go to get your passport stamped

2. Send these documents to:

Double check:
  Your name must be the same on every document
  Your signature must be the same on every document-each time you sign! Use your passport as a guide.

3. Use a major international mail courier such as: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, or the like.
   Be sure to mail us the tracking number of the package.

4. Once we receive your documents, we will check to make sure everything is in order

5. If there are no problems, the documents will be delivered to the campus where you will be working to    receive the Director's signature

6. After being signed and copied by the Director, the documents will be submitted to the Department of    Immigration

7. Barring any problems, your visa confirmation number will be ready in about 5~6 days

8. You will receive the confirmation number by email from your POLY HR Contact
